At Younoia, I implement effective psychotherapy methods to help instill self-understanding among clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations that they encounter. Since starting my career in the field of mental health, I have provided clients in the greater Charlotte area a wide range of mental health services. From small scale circumstances, to traumatic experiences - my services are personalized to suit your unique needs.

An opportunity for one-on-one therapeutic work, focusing our combined efforts of understanding identified areas of concern, subsequently developing a plan of action to help move you towards the life that you desire for yourself.
FAMILY THERAPY
Family therapy involves a form of therapeutic engagement that is designed to address specific issues affecting the health and functioning of a family. Whether it is navigating drastic changes in the family system following the loss of a loved one, or seeking to strengthen communication, family therapy can be a valuable tool in addressing stressors for the family.
COUPLES THERAPY
While often times conflict and discord in relationships can be worked out among yourselves, there may be times when the assistance of a licensed professional can help in the creation of that space, allowing for the subsequent work to occur. Psychological testing involves the administration of testing and assessment tools to assist in understanding the ways in which your clinical presentation aligns with various diagnoses.
